We need your help to understand more about the impact of the coronavirus lockdown on you or your family. We’re running two surveys, together with the people in charge of local NHS and social care services. That means your feedback will be heard and used to inform the response to, and recovery from, coronavirus in Suffolk.

We’ve also continued to update our website with useful information about the virus in Suffolk and its impact on local services. See below for the links.

‘My Health, Our Future – At home’ is a survey you can complete at home to help us make a difference for families at this challenging time.

There’s a survey for young people (aged 11 – 19 or up to 25 for young people with SEND) and also a survey for parents or guardians. Amongst a few other things, we’ll ask about how you’re feeling right now, how your family is coping and how your experiences of accessing local support has changed. We will not ask for your name or contact information.
